Provides an interface to accept data packets across a network. If you are running more than one HECTOR server on the same network, it is possible to send data between the servers by connecting the connections on the 'Server View' page of the HECTOR web interface. Once connected, you can receive incoming data into the rack by adding this module. See also the Networking.TCPSender module to send data.
